I approach therapy as a collaborative process. You are the one who ultimately knows what you need and what you long for. I help you discover that, see what the obstacles are, and help you figure out how to overcome them. I include mindfulness, cognitive behavioral approaches, and psychodynamic approaches in my practice.
I have facilitated many groups and really believe in the power of group therapy as a catalyst for change and as an amazing source of support for people who are struggling. Please see the “New Groups” page for information about a group now in the formation process.
